Booking:
Wedding Cakes:
For wedding cakes this is £100 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Separate deposits will be due for Favour Orders, and Cheeses Cakes
Celebrations Cakes:
For celebration cakes we require full payment in advance. If you are booking ahead, with agreement to finalise your order at a later agreed date, we require a deposit on booking. The deposit is £50 for cakes under £150 and £100 for cakes above this value, unless otherwise stated on your order form.
Balance Payments:
The remaining balance is due at least one month prior to delivery for wedding cakes, favours and cheeses cakes.
Celebrations Cakes: For most celebration cakes we require full payment on booking. For celebration cakes, where the date has been reserved initially, any balance must be paid at least one week before the delivery/collection (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Where decorative items are to be bought for your cake, we will require full payment on booking.
Cancellations:
Deposit payments/additional payments are not refundable for any wedding and celebration cakes, favours or cheeses cakes.
Cancellation of favours, cheeses or other cakes. Where a deposit has been paid, the deposit payment cannot be used as payment/part payment for any other order or part of order, unless agreed in writing at the time of booking.
If you cancel your wedding cake order six months or more before the wedding date, we will provide vouchers to the value of any sum paid in excess of the deposit value, which may be used against another single order purchase within one year. This excludes the deposit payment. Subject to availability.
For wedding cakes cancelled less than six months before the wedding date, no refunds will be given.
Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your celebration cake, we will try to accommodate your new date, but if we are unable to do so, your payments are not refundable.

Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must make contact with us by telephone immediately. We cannot address issues where the product has been cut or served. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
