Ruching and Ruffles Cake

This 4 tier sponge cake has a sugar ruffled base tier and a tall second tier with ruched fondant to create a fabric effect finished with an edible silver sugar broach. The third tier is decorated with silver grey icing and emphasised by a large cluster of purple and white sugar roses, peonies and blossoms which extends down from the top tier. (flowers can be in alternative colours upon request)

Price includes a different flavoured sponge in each tier.
