Pink, Purple and Lilac Cascade cake

This 4 tier sponge cake works with either a fondant or buttercream icing finish (shown here in fondant). A riot of purple, pink and lilac flowers combine to create a stunning cake ideal for a summer wedding. Believe it or not these are silk flowers and demonstrate how far we have come in terms of their quality and variety of tones.
