This rustic cheeses stacked cake is decorated with fruits (fruits may vary according to season) and provides an alternative wedding cake or a centrepiece to your evening buffet.

The base tier is Thomas Hoe Red Leicester, with a second tier of Cropwell Bishop Blue Stilton above. As a flavour contrast the SpanishManchego cheese is the third tier and a Godminster cheddar heat completes the choices.
